§ 8-247. Consolidation of regulatory laws.

The following legislation, rules, and regulations as they presently exist, or as hereinafter amended, are incorporated herein as though set out verbatim:
(a)

V.T.C.A. Health & Safety Code, ch. 145; and

(b)

Title 25, Part 1, Chapter 229, Subchapter T, Rules §§ 229.345—357 of the Texas Administrative Code.
