No person shall use or fail to leave a building or structure which has been ordered
vacated under the terms of this article, or shall enter an area around such building
or structure that has been declared to be dangerous and notice of which declaration
shall have been posted, or shall interfere with or hinder the vacation, repair or
demolition and clearance of any building under the terms of this article. In case
the owner or occupant of any substandard building or structure ordered vacated, repaired
or demolished and cleared under the terms of this article shall be a corporation,
and shall violate any provision of this article, the president, vice-president, secretary
and treasurer of such corporation, or any culpable manager, agent or employee of such
corporation, shall be also severally liable for the violation.
