§ 5.3-8. Revocation or denial of permit.

If any provisions of this chapter are not followed, a permit may be revoked by the city manager. If any person fails to follow the terms and conditions of this chapter in work performed pursuant to a permit, except as provided by article II, new permits may be denied or additional terms required prior to issuance of permits to the same user.
