§ 4-49. Notice of complaint.

Upon the receipt of a complaint that any person is allowing an animal to create a nuisance, the city shall give the owner or person responsible for control of such animal notice that a complaint has been made and a warning that the activity being complained of is a nuisance and in violation of this Code. In the event that the action complained of recurs or is not remedied, then a charge shall be filed by the city for violation of the provisions of this article.
