§ 24-3. Zoning districts established.

The City of Diboll, Texas is herein divided into eleven (11) zoning districts, with such districts being of the shape and area deemed best suited to carry out the purpose and intent of this chapter, and with uniform regulations and restrictions in each district for the erection, construction, alteration, repair, and use of buildings, structures, and land as herein set forth. The eleven (11) districts herein established shall be known and cited as:

MF	Multiple-Family Dwelling District

PD	Planned Development District
FP	Floodplain Prefix
