§ 22-50. Definitions.

The following definitions shall aply to this article:

Nuisances—General definition. Whatever is dangerous to human life or health; whatever renders the ground, the water, the air, or any food or drink unwholesome and a hazard to human life or health and whatever may injure or affect the public health or comfort in any manner is declared to be a nuisance and unlawful.

City-county health officer. The term "city-county health officer," as used herein, shall mean the city-county health officer of Angelina County, Texas, or his authorized agent.
