§ 22-37. Public utilities pruning trees.

Whenever any electric, telephone or other public utility firm or corporation wishes to prune trees for the purpose of protecting its wires, such firm or corporation must first notify the office of the city manager of its intention to do so and secure the permission of that office before such pruning is commenced.
