§ 22-32. Actions of city manager generally.

The city manager may delegate any responsibility designated to his office under this article to any employee or department within the city, and the action of such employee or department so designated shall constitute the action required of the office of the city manager as provided for hereunder. All actions required of the city manager shall be on behalf of the parks and recreation board, and a report of all such actions shall be made by the city manager to said board.
