  • The following schedule of monthly rates or charges for services furnished by the city's sanitary sewer system is adopted:

    (1)

    Residential .

    a.

    Minimum charge (includes first two thousand (2,000) gallons ..... $15.65

    b.

    Next eighteen thousand (18,000) gallons (2,000 to 20,000) ..... $4.17/m

    c.

    Next eighty thousand (80,000) gallons (20,000 to 100,000) ..... $4.31/m

    d.

    All over one hundred thousand (100,000) gallons ..... $4.38/m

    (2)

    Commercial.

    a.

    Minimum charge (includes first two thousand (2,000) gallons ..... $23.14

    b.

    Next eighteen thousand (18,000) gallons (2,000 to 20,000) ..... $5.05/m

    c.

    Next eighty thousand (80,000) gallons (20,000 to 100,000) ..... $5.22/m

    d.

    All over one hundred thousand (100,000) gallons ..... $5.31/m

    The rates charged for sewer delivered to nonresidents of the city shall be double the above.
