  § 21-17. Rates.

  • The following schedule of monthly rates or charges for services furnished by the city's waterworks system is adopted:

    (1)

    Residential .

    a.

    Minimum charge (includes first two thousand (2,000) gallons ..... $22.17

    b.

    Next eighteen thousand (18,000) gallons (2,000 to 20,000) ..... $4.37/m

    c.

    Next eighty thousand (80,000) gallons (20,000 to 100,000) ..... $4.64/m

    d.

    All over one hundred thousand (100,000) gallons ..... $4.91/m

    (2)

    Commercial.

    a.

    Minimum charge (includes first two thousand (2,000) gallons ..... $36.44

    b.

    Next eighteen thousand (18,000 gallons (2,000 to 20,000) ..... $4.92/m

    c.

    Next eighty thousand (80,000) gallons (20,000 to 100,000) ..... $5.10/m

    d.

    All over one hundred thousand (100,000) gallons ..... $5.40/m

    The rates charged for water delivered to nonresidents of the city shall be double the above.
